Returns Policy

You may return any item within 7 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item.

To return an item please include the merchandise with a completed returns slip. Please allow up to 5 days for this to be processed.

Please note. For your protection Inside Transformations recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Defective Items:

All customers are asked to return the defective item(s) including both the merchandise and the delivery slip by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned.

Please note the following exceptions to this policy:

1. We are unable to refund or exchange any item which has been made to measure.
2. Any item which has been drilled for hinges to customers measurements is unable to be refunded or exchanged.
3. All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability.
4. All items should be unused and in original condition and packaging.
